Aziz Fauzi, S.H., M.H
Aziz Fauzi is a Partner at Shahab Ramadhona Fauzi Law Firm. He studied law at the University of Mataram (Unram) and the master’s level at the University of Indonesia (UI).
Aziz is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), which allows him to practice throughout Indonesia. He is experienced in criminal litigation, general civil disputes, state administrative disputes, industrial
relations disputes, land acquisition disputes for the public interest, and delaying debt repayment obligations (PKPU).
He is experienced in solving cases that have received public attention, such as the case of Ibu Nuril. As the head of the strategic litigation team, he succeeded in acquitting Ibu Nuril at the first instance court and fighting for her freedom after a judicial review (PK) at the Supreme Court by obtaining an amnesty from President Joko Widodo in August 2019.
Aziz has attended various integrated trainings on legal perspectives and skills in compiling legal documents from various state institutions as well as from various donor agencies/international foundations.
Aziz handles many cyber cases related to the law of information and electronic transactions, both e-commerce from the civil side and cybercrime in general.
He is also experienced in compiling various legal documents which include legal annotations, legal opinions, and contemporary legal defense files.
